Bruce is Pullyapantsup's average bloke. He's just a quiet straight-forward guy who always seems to know what's going on with everyone. He doesn't say much, but when he does he spouts unexpected wisdom.

He likes people and seems to always be at the bar in the BigRedRock Roadhouse - he's just happy to be around (that's be around, not buy a round!).
